I bought some face care stuff from this store not too long ago, and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. The facial soap didn't lather up nicely, the moisturizer made my skin all oily, and the exfoliator didn't make any difference to my skin's texture. It's kinda sad to see a famous celeb put their name on products that don't deliver like they should. Long story short, I won't be buying from this brand again.

I bought a lavender scented candle from your store not long ago, and honestly, I was really let down by it. The smell wasn't as strong as I thought it would be, and the candle didn't burn evenly, so there was a bunch of wax left at the bottom of the jar. I got this G. Label by Goop square-neck dress on sale, but it came all dirty and used, which was a bummer. There were no sale tags on it either. I just got something from that store recently and I was pretty bummed out about all the extra packaging it came with. The thing I ordered was teeny tiny, only 4 inches square, but it showed up in this huge shipping box that was 18 by 12 by 6 inches. Like, what a waste! The box also had a bunch of extra stuff in it, like paper, black netting, and other junk that just ended up in the trash.

The products were way too expensive and didn't even work on my skin. I felt like I got tricked into buying into the hype just to end up let down.
