Women's wellness product
Despite being really excited to try out this product, I ended up super bummed out by the information and messaging around it. They were pushing some sketchy and possibly harmful stuff, like suggesting people put eggs in their vagina, which just isn't safe or responsible. I expect factual and science-backed info about my health and wellness as a customer, and I think spreading this kind of false info is not cool at all. It's so important to have access to trustworthy health info nowadays, so it's a major letdown to see a brand endorsing these risky practices. Hopefully, Goop takes a step back and rethinks how they approach women's health, putting their customer's well-being first.
Skincare products
Although Goop's lifestyle products might be attractive to some people, I wouldn't recommend buying their skincare items. The company has been criticized for promoting information that isn't scientifically proven and for selling skincare and makeup that might not work for everyone. Personally, I prefer products that are transparent and based on evidence when it comes to taking care of my skin, and unfortunately, Goop doesn't meet those standards. I suggest that people looking into their skincare products do thorough research before making a purchase.
Skincare products
I recently bought some skincare products from your store and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good they are. My skin has definitely improved a lot since I started using them. The customer service I got was top-notch, quick, and really professional. I've ordered a few other things from your store too and everything has been great. Thanks for making shopping so easy and fun!
Lavender scented candle
I bought a lavender scented candle from your store not long ago, and honestly, I was really let down by it. The smell wasn't as strong as I thought it would be, and the candle didn't burn evenly, so there was a bunch of wax left at the bottom of the jar. Considering what I paid for it, I was hoping for something much better.
"G. Label by Goop square-neck dress"
I got this G. Label by Goop square-neck dress on sale, but it came all dirty and used, which was a bummer. There were no sale tags on it either. I tried contacting customer service through email and social media, but no one has gotten back to me yet. Now I have to deal with paying to get it cleaned because of the poor quality it arrived in. It's really annoying.
Online purchase issues
I had a total nightmare dealing with an online purchase and their customer service. I accidentally ordered something and tried to cancel it right away. But no matter how many emails I sent or calls I made over two days, I couldn't reach anyone. The phone was always busy and all I got was a message saying they were too busy. It was so frustrating and felt so unprofessional.
Beauty products purchase
I bought some beauty products from this company the other day and man, I gotta tell ya, I was super disappointed. The stuff used to be great, but now it's like they've gone downhill. The face cream looks different and whatever they're putting in there is making my skin break out in hives and crazy dry. Total waste of money, eh.
Product received
I just got something from that store recently and I was pretty bummed out about all the extra packaging it came with. The thing I ordered was teeny tiny, only 4 inches square, but it showed up in this huge shipping box that was 18 by 12 by 6 inches. Like, what a waste! The box also had a bunch of extra stuff in it, like paper, black netting, and other junk that just ended up in the trash.
Glow Toner
I bought a toner from this company recently and was pretty bummed when I discovered bugs inside the product. I always thought this brand was top-notch, so it was a letdown. When I reached out to customer service about it, they weren't very helpful and basically just said I was on my own. I even suggested sending them photos of the bugs, but they weren't interested.
Overpriced skincare products
The products were way too expensive and didn't even work on my skin. I felt like I got tricked into buying into the hype just to end up let down. The customer service was pretty bad and not helpful when I tried to share my worries. The prices were crazy high for basically just fancy water in nice packaging. And on top of it all, the delivery took forever to show up.
