Bought 5 items - 2 dog beds, 3 blankets
I recently picked up my 5th purchase from Paw’s and it’s absolutely pawsome! I grabbed 2 dog beds and 3 cozy blankets for my furry companions. They're super comfy, durable, and easy to clean since my dogs love running around outside in the mountains. However, I ran into a big problem with the delivery. Ontrac messed up my order and their customer service was terrible. They didn’t take responsibility for the error, which really frustrated me. Thankfully, Paw's came to the rescue by quickly replacing my order. They have amazing customer service and truly value their customers. I give them a perfect 5 stars and will definitely be shopping with them again!
Cooling bed and blanket
Oh man, I gotta tell ya, I'm over the moon about my new cooling bed and blanket! The quality is top-notch and the customer service was fantastic. I had some questions about how cool the bed and blanket would keep me, and the customer service team got back to me super quick with all the info I needed. Bought a dog bed
So I bought this dog bed, eh? I was so pumped to get it for my little buddy. But then I kept checking the tracking and it was still not sent out. I was like, what's up with that? So I decided to reach out to the company and they told me it was with some guy named Reno Mascorin. Then all of a sudden, the website's email disappeared and I didn't hear anything else.
Fast forward to a month later, I noticed another payment pending from my account for a similar site. I was like, what in tarnation? I called my bank and found out a link was clicked and a direct debit was set up! Thank goodness my bank sorted it out and I could check my accounts.

I recently bought a new bed cover from this company because our old one fell apart after I washed it. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, it was the wrong size. I contacted their customer service for help, but they were not very responsive or helpful. After several tries, I was finally able to start a return online, but they charged me $20 to donate the wrong item to a place in Vegas. It would have been easier and more customer-friendly for them to just send me the right size instead. Needless to say, I was not happy with how they handled the situation, and I won't be buying from them again. Also, it was hard for me to leave a Google review which just added to my bad experience with this company.

A buddy told me about this website, saying he's bought stuff from here lots of times and it always arrived quick. So I decided to get a Multivitamin Soft Chew Supplement for my pet Rosie, and I gotta say I'm happy with how it's going. Rosie seems to be doing better and has more energy since she started on the supplement. I gotta give props to Paw for getting my order to me on time and for having such good stuff for my furry pal.
Orthopedic dog bed
I bought my dog an orthopedic bed and it was super comfy, eh! But when I tried to wash it, it was a real pain to take apart and remove the stuffing. After washing it a few times, the material holding the stuffing got all messed up. I tried to buy new stuffing, but the company ended up sending me a whole new bed, even though I had it for 2 years! It was such a pleasant surprise, I definitely recommend them, eh.
Quick response to order issue
I had a really good experience with their customer service team when I figured out I had ordered the wrong color. I shot them an email and got a response back in just 15 minutes. They were able to switch the color for me, and I'm super pumped about getting the product!
Quick payment
I ordered something from Paw.Com and it never showed up. They said they sent it, but it never came. I tried calling their 1800 number a bunch of times, but no one picked up. I think they scammed me and I won't be buying from them again. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They offered me a refund, but I'm still not interested in using their services.
Wrong items received
I can't believe how awful my experience was with this company, eh? They sent me the wrong stuff and then when I gave them a bad review, they just sent me a generic email telling me to get in touch with them to fix it. Like they didn't even read my complaint, you know? It's ridiculous that a company can have such lousy customer service and not even care about their mistakes.
Dog blankets
I gotta tell ya, the customer service at this place is amazing. Alexandro really went above and beyond to help me out with my order for dog blankets. Bought dog beds and waterproof throws
Oh my goodness, I just have to say, I bought 7 dog beds and 5 waterproof throws from this store and I gotta tell ya, they are like a dream come true! My senior dogs, who have been through a lot in their lives, absolutely adore cozying up in these comfy beds and throws. And the fact that they are washable is a major plus for me because, let's face it, dogs can get messy sometimes, you know what I mean?
King size cover purchase for large reclining love seat
Ordering from this company has been so easy. I just got 2 king size covers for my big reclining love seat and they're perfect. My English bulldogs adore the stuff from here, so I'm definitely going to get more in the future.
Waterproof dog blankets
Well, let me tell you, I usually don't leave reviews, but I gotta give props where they're due. I bought three waterproof blankets for my dogs from this company, and honestly, they're amazing. They're not only good quality, but they actually keep the water out, unlike other blankets I've tried before. My dogs are obsessed with them, and I'm glad they stay dry and cozy in them.
Ordered xl bed, got scammed
I got an extra-large bed for my dog and I was really looking forward to getting it soon. I had been talking to this guy named Reno who assured me he'd deliver my order even though they were swamped. It's been over a month now and I still don't have my bed! To top it off, the website and phone number are no longer working, and Reno is ignoring my emails. I feel totally ripped off and disappointed. I doubt I'll ever trust another unfamiliar online pet company again.
Partial order, poor customer service
I gotta say, my experience with this company on my last purchase was brutal. They only sent me part of my order, and when I went to check on the missing item on their website, there was zilch. I gave customer service a ring five times, but just got voicemail every time. Left a bunch of messages, but never got a call back. Tried reaching out through online chat and email too, but heard nothing back. On top of all that, I got billed for the whole order even though it was incomplete. The way they dropped the ball on communication and service is totally not okay.
