    Damaged chandelier, quick replacement, excited to hang

    I was super excited to finally get our gorgeous chandelier, but when it showed up, it was all banged up. I was totally bummed out, but luckily, they sent a new one real fast. The folks on the customer service team were really helpful and kind, and I'm grateful they didn't waste any time sending me a replacement. Now I'm itching to get it up and admire its beauty in our place. Can't wait!

The thing I got was junk and when I tried to reach customer service, no one was around to help me out. It's so annoying to be stuck with something that's not up to par.

    Lighting fixture

    I wasn't sure about ordering from this company at first, but the price was way better than other stores so I gave it a shot. They said they'd ship it to me the next day or give me an even bigger discount, so I thought, why not? Turns out, they actually came through and my light fixture arrived quickly and in great shape.     Two kitchen light fixtures

    The customer service was great. I bought two new light fixtures for my kitchen because they were recommended. But when my electrician tried to install them, they didn't work. I called customer service to return them, and they quickly gave me a credit. They told me to donate or throw away the fixtures. It was disappointing that they didn't work, but I liked how fast and efficient the refund was. The new light fixtures we got instead were just right and made our kitchen look even better.

    Missing Chandelier Pieces

    I recently bought a chandelier from this company for $1,500, and I was disappointed to find out that not all the pieces were in the box. It caused a delay in setting it up and was frustrating for me. When I asked for help, I was told I might have to buy the missing pieces. That kind of customer service is not okay, especially when you spend that much. They even advised me not to get another chandelier from the same brand because of the same problem. It's really disappointing to spend lots of money on something and not get the quality and service you deserve.

    Lantern purchase mix-up

    I ordered a black lantern from 1StopLighting, but they sent me a bronze one instead. When I contacted customer service for help, they couldn't track my order or find a solution. The prices for their products keep changing, which makes it hard to trust the information they advertise. This lack of transparency lets them avoid being responsible for mistakes. If you have any problems, their customer service is not helpful and can be unfriendly. My interaction with a rep named Jhonjon Vestido was really bad. He was rude, defensive, and talked down to me, even saying he's not God and couldn't help me. It was unprofessional and not okay for him to act like that.

    Tax promotion honored on previous order

    I got an email from the store about a tax promotion they were doing in March. Since I bought something earlier that month, I contacted customer service to see if they could give me the promotion for my previous order. The person I talked to was really helpful and applied the promotion to my purchase right away. I was happy with how professional and nice the customer service rep was. Overall, I had a great experience with 1StopLighting and will definitely shop with them again.

    I had a really bad experience with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and followed their return instructions. They said they got the return, but I didn't get my money back for weeks. They emailed me saying everything was fixed, but it wasn't. I had to talk to my bank's fraud team to finally get my money back. This company is not honest and can't be trusted.

    Golden Eleanor articulating wall lamp

    I got the Golden Eleanor articulating wall lamp from this company and it didn't go well. The switch on the lamp is way too sharp and I ended up cutting my finger trying to use it. The part under the switch is really thin and feels cheap, which makes it easy to hurt yourself when adjusting the light. Also, the tab used to move the arms of the lamp is rough and has sharp edges. The joints in the arms are super tight, so tight that the finish starts to come off when you try to move them. I paid $125 for this lamp and I'm really disappointed in the quality and how unsafe it is. I tried to return it, but they said no because it was already installed. They only offered me $10 back when I asked for 50%, which isn't fair at all considering how bad the product is.

    I had a really bad experience with this company. I placed an order and never got a confirmation email. The customer support wasn't helpful at all, they just told me to talk to a useless virtual assistant. Finally, when I managed to chat with a real person, they quickly closed the chat and said my order didn't go through. I felt really frustrated and disrespected by their lack of help and rude attitude.
