I had a really bad experience with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and followed their return instructions. They said they got the return, but I didn't get my money back for weeks. They emailed me saying everything was fixed, but it wasn't. I had to talk to my bank's fraud team to finally get my money back. This company is not honest and can't be trusted.

I just bought some bathroom renovation stuff from this company, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a roller coaster. Ordering was a breeze, but the service wasn't great. The prices were okay, but nothing to write home about. And let's not even talk about the delivery. It took forever to get here, and when it finally did, some items were damaged. All in all, I was a tad let down by my purchase.
