Damaged chandelier, quick replacement, excited to hang
I was super excited to finally get our gorgeous chandelier, but when it showed up, it was all banged up. I was totally bummed out, but luckily, they sent a new one real fast. The folks on the customer service team were really helpful and kind, and I'm grateful they didn't waste any time sending me a replacement. Now I'm itching to get it up and admire its beauty in our place. Can't wait!

Anova Precision Oven
So I was waiting for my Anova Precision Oven to arrive, but it got delayed. I tried reaching out to Customer Service for help, but the response I got was not helpful at all. They just told me to look outside my house for the package, which didn't really solve anything. When I tried contacting Toll Australia, the delivery company, they couldn't help me without a reference number, even though I gave them one from their tracking website. This whole lack of communication and efficiency has left me feeling really disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience.

Bought chip for my car
Just picked up this chip for my car and it's amazing! The website had all the info I needed and there were tons of options to choose from. And the best part? It didn't cost an arm and a leg! Subscription cancellation difficulty
I've been having a real tough time trying to cancel my subscription and delete my account on Vimeo. I've spent a lot of time trying to figure it out by going through their FAQs and account settings, but I just can't seem to get it done. It feels like they've made it really hard for users to cancel their subscriptions and say goodbye to the platform.
