I bought a pair of Lems boulder boots online the other day. Oops, turns out I got the men's size by mistake when I meant to get the women's size. But no worries, the customer service folks were super helpful and walked me through the return process smoothly. I was able to swap the boots for the right size without any trouble. Gotta say, I was really impressed with their honesty and top-notch customer service.

The pottery at this store is like a breath of fresh air compared to all the mass-produced stuff out there. The attention to detail and skill is really impressive. From the delicate designs to the colorful glazes, each piece is a piece of art. I have a ceramic vase from there that I love showing off in my house, and people always comment on how beautiful it is.

The delivery came real quick, which was good, but I was kinda bummed when I found out that one of the things I ordered wasn't available. Still, I gotta give props for the email they sent me right away, letting me know what was up and even suggesting something else to replace it. Overall, despite that little snag, I was pretty pleased with the stuff I did get.
