CommunicationI gotta say, I was bummed out when I found out that the Arclite sling bag was sold out. But when I contacted Boundary Supply, I was actually pretty impressed with how quick and helpful they were in their response. They let me know when the bag would be back in stock and even promised to keep me updated. And true to their word, I got an email with info on how to pre-order the bag. Now, fast forward to today, and the Arclite sling bag has become one of my go-to bags, right after my Goruck Echo. The communication from Boundary Supply was really great, and the bag itself is just fantastic.

CommunicationI'm having trouble with my recent orders. One was made on August 22nd and the other on August 24th, but I haven't heard anything about them since. I tried to contact the info email, but no one has gotten back to me. I'm pretty disappointed and frustrated, especially because I had a great experience with this company last year. This year seems to be a bit off in terms of getting things done.
