Boundary - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought a used bag from someone and realized it didn't have a waist strap. I searched online but couldn't find one, so I contacted Boundary. Their customer service team replied quickly, saying they would help however they could. They kept their promise and sent me the missing strap quickly and easily. I have to say, Boundary's customer service is amazing. Kailey, who assisted me, was fantastic and made sure I had a good experience. It's rare to find a company that offers top-notch gear and exceptional customer service. Big shoutout to the Boundary team!

I bought the Prima System backpack back in 2018 and let me tell you, it has been an absolute game-changer. This backpack has been with me through my travels all over the globe, hiking adventures up mountains, and the daily grind of commuting to work. The organization inside the bag is spot on, with just enough compartments to keep everything in its place. After six years of hardcore use, the zipper on the side pocket finally called it quits. I reached out to their customer service and they were super helpful in getting it sorted out quickly. I definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for a tough and dependable backpack.

I recently got my hands on the Errant Pro X-Pack after doing a ton of research. It was super popular and hard to find, but I lucked out and found one from a seller in Hong Kong who shipped it to me quickly. When I finally got the pack, I was stoked to start using it, but then I noticed one of the fid-lock clasps was wonky.

I reached out to customer service and they were on the ball with fixing the problem. Even though they didn't have any replacements in stock because of the backorders, they gave me a few options to sort things out. In the end, I bought a new fid-lock and installed it myself. To top it off, they surprised me by sending a free tech bag I had been eyeing as a goodwill gesture.

Despite the small hiccup, my overall experience with the customer service crew was awesome. They were quick to respond, helpful, and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The Errant Pro X-Pack itself is top-notch - super stylish and it totally met my expectations.

OMG, I bought some Boundary stuff and it was amazing! The quality was top-notch and the customer service was fantastic. I got a couple of things that were supposed to go together, but it was really hard to put them together. So, I sent some pictures to Kailey, the customer service person, and she responded super quickly. She told me that one item was from a new line and the other was from an old line. She said, "We'll replace the old one for free so they match perfectly!" I couldn't believe it, but it was true! And this was like, two months after I bought them. The quality is great and the customer service is outstanding. I never thought companies cared about customers anymore, but Boundary is different. They are definitely breaking the mold.
