I just bought a coffee machine from that store. I was a bit confused about when it would be delivered, but the customer service folks were quick to respond and clear things up for me. It did take a little longer than I thought for the machine to get here, but the coffee it makes is totally worth it.

Hey, so I ordered this really cute hair accessory on November 27th, and it's already December 11th and it still hasn't shown up. I mean, come on, that's seriously not cool. If you don't have what I want, then just don't sell it, you know? I swear, I'm never ordering from this place again. That's for real.
