I just bought a back brace online and was so surprised to see that the shipping cost was almost the same as the actual product. It felt kind of sneaky to have such a high shipping fee for something that wasn't that expensive. I know that shipping costs money too, but the difference between the brace price and the shipping fee was pretty big. It would have been better if they had just showed the total cost right from the start.

I signed up for a Microsoft personal account from them and it was super confusing. They call it an "account," but it's not totally separate. When they grant you access, if you try to change the password, you can't reset it. It's so strange!

This website is just awful, like seriously the worst. Every time I tried to book something, I never got an email or saw it in my plans. Then when I checked my bank account, the money was gone! I spoke to the folks at the website and they only refunded some of my money. And they couldn't even change the date for the other transaction! Like, what the heck? Totally not fair. I'm never using this website again, total rip-off!

I reached out to customer service because my order was missing, eh. They didn't even bother reading my email or checking out my proof, so rude. They blamed me for not getting my stuff, not cool, dude. Mielle was better before they got bought out, now the service is terrible. I'm switching to Kaleidescope and Tabitha Brown from now on, for sure.

I got a wallet online, but it's taking forever to arrive. I've sent them so many emails, and they finally replied saying they don't know where it is. When I asked to cancel my order, they ignored me. So annoying.
