    So, you know, I ordered these shoes online and when they arrived, one shoe was way bigger than the other one! I was totally disappointed because I was really looking forward to wearing them. So, I contacted their customer service and they were just okay, not exactly rude but not super helpful either. They offered to exchange them for free, which was good, but they wouldn't give me a prepaid shipping label even though the shoes were faulty. Like, seriously? I had to pay for return shipping, not cool. And then, when I left a review on their website explaining all of this, they emailed me saying it didn't meet their standards and wouldn't post it. Really? Come on, people should know what's going on! So yeah, I won't be shopping there again, and I suggest you think twice before buying anything from them too.

    I bought some dies and I've been pretty happy with them. They have a really cool selection with some unique designs that catch your eye. But I did have a little problem with one of them, but the customer service team quickly sorted it out. I like the quality of the dies and would suggest checking out the size and design carefully before buying, since they might be bigger or different than you thought from the pictures. Even though the shipping takes a bit of time, the products are totally worth the wait.

    Ear loops mask purchase

    I recently bought a face mask with ear loops from this store, and I have to say, I was super disappointed with what I got. Right when I tried it on for the first time, one of the ear loops just broke. I contacted the store to see if I could get a replacement, but they said no way - all sales are final, no exchanges or refunds. I couldn't believe it! The mask was clearly not well-made and didn't do what it was supposed to. It felt really unfair that I was stuck with a faulty product and couldn't do anything about it, especially since we all need masks for our health and safety right now.
