Hey, so I was trying to get some extra giveaway entries, you know? But the code wouldn't work on my computer. So, I tried on my phone, but still couldn't get the extra entries. Then, when I was entering the code, my keyboard disappeared and I accidentally pressed pay instead. I reached out to them immediately to fix it, but they said no refunds! I asked to change the payment method but haven't heard back from them. Now, my Christmas is gonna be ruined if this isn't sorted out soon.

So, I bought this sweet sweat pants and sweater combo from this company, thinking I'd have a nice outfit. But when I got my order, I was bummed to see that the pants were super faded, like I couldn't even wear them. I got in touch with the company right away to sort it out, but even though they said they'd send me a replacement back in October, it's now December 15th and I'm still waiting. As a customer, I expect good and quick service, but that hasn't been the case here. I'm not happy with how this has been handled and how long it's taking to fix.
