It's nice to see a tech company that really gives a darn about its customers, eh? The customer service I got was top-notch - they were always straight up about costs, always there to help, and the folks on the line were super friendly and helpful. It's obvious they've got a great work environment, something that's hard to come by nowadays. I feel appreciated and looked after every time I reach out to them, and that's how it should be, right?

Alarm system purchase
My experience with the alarm system company was really frustrating, to be honest. I had no idea that the alarm system needed my Internet connection, which was a super important detail that nobody told me about. Plus, they told me it was a month-to-month deal, but it turned out to be a three-year contract. The person who sold me on it didn't tell me everything about the contract and kind of pushed me into signing it. I never even got the equipment installed, but I still got charged for stuff I never got. And even after I returned everything, they still tried to make me pay for services I never got. Overall, I'd suggest avoiding this company because they use shady practices and pressure people into long-term contracts and payments without giving all the info upfront.
