I just reached out to customer service about this new subscription mix-up we had - we got a box delivered to a different address before! The team got back to us really quickly and sorted everything out by sending us a new box and connecting our old and new subscriptions. They even said we could keep or donate the extra box, which was a super nice touch. I couldn't believe how kind and professional they were, especially so close to Christmas.
