Massage chair and travel pillow
I just bought a massage chair and a travel pillow from Brookstone and I'm super happy with both of them. The massage chair is so nice for unwinding and feeling cozy after a hard day at work. The different massage options and the heat feature are amazing - it's a great addition to my living room. On the other hand, the travel pillow is small and comfy, perfect for bringing on flights or road trips. Both items are top-notch and have gone above and beyond my expectations for how well they work and how long they last. I had a bit of a rough start with my subscription boxes for education, but when I contacted customer service, they really came through for me. Amanda and her team were awesome - they went the extra mile to fix things and make sure I got what I needed. My son loved everything in the boxes, and now we're pretty pleased customers.

Prom dress purchase
So I bought my daughter's prom dress not long ago, but man, it was such a mess. I got a message saying the dress was delivered, but it was nowhere to be seen. When I contacted customer service, they kept dodging my questions about the shipping. The dress didn't show up in time for the prom, so I asked to cancel the order. They told me to refuse the package, but it kept showing up at my door, just adding to my stress. I ended up having to complain to PayPal because they weren't communicating or fixing the issue. This whole thing has been a huge letdown.
