As a customer who bought a vaporizer, I've been really frustrated with how they're handling warranty issues. It's been more than a month and my problems still haven't been fixed. I've tried reaching out to customer service through email, but I haven't gotten any replies. Not having any communication or support is really making me feel like they don't care about my concerns. I wish I knew about their bad customer service before I bought from them.
