Replacement of defective device
I had a problem with my vaporizer that I bought over 5 years ago. I reached out to customer service about the battery charging issue on my device, and they quickly figured out that it was a problem with the charging chip. The person I spoke with from customer service was really nice and helpful. They said they would send me a new device, the IQC, to replace the broken one. I was surprised by how much I liked the new IQC compared to my old one. It was definitely a quality upgrade. Overall, I'm really happy with how quickly and efficiently Da Vinci Vaporizer's customer service team resolved my problem.

Smart plugs
I got these smart plugs and they are absolutely amazing! I've had them for a bit now, and setting them up with my home network was a breeze. The Smart Life app is really user-friendly and has tons of helpful information. What's even cooler is that they work perfectly with Google Home. I can monitor how much energy my appliances are using, switch things off remotely, and even schedule when things turn on and off. It's pretty much like real-life magic!

Jumpsuit purchase
The design and overall vibe of the brand is really impressive. It's cool that the clothes are diverse and can work for any age group or style. But, I bought a jumpsuit from them recently and found out it was made in China, which bummed me out. I still think the piece is great and good quality, but I wish companies would pay more attention to creating stuff locally.
