IQ2 Vaporizer
I bought an IQ2 Vaporizer from this store, and it broke down after a few months. When I spoke to their customer service, they asked me to send it back for repairs. I did what they said, but when I received it back, it still didn't work. I sent it for repairs once more, and the same issue occurred. I tried reaching out through email, but it's been three weeks, and I haven't heard back. I not only wasted money buying the vaporizer, but also on postage to send it back twice. I've been a loyal customer, purchasing a different model before and two IQ2's, but the lack of response is really getting to me. I'm now thinking about trying a different brand in the hopes of better customer service.
