Portable air cooler
I recently bought a portable air cooler that's pretty good at cooling a small area, but it's a bit loud. It's not as efficient as I had hoped, but it gets the job done. On the downside, the customer service I got from the company was really disappointing. I contacted them about a leak in the machine, but their response was not helpful at all. They suggested a quick fix of putting a coin under the machine to stop the gap, which I thought was not right for a new product. When I told them I was concerned about getting a defective machine, they stopped replying. I sent several emails over weeks, but got no response. It's not fair for a company to treat their customers like this. I feel like they're not focused on making their customers happy, which is a big problem.
Portable air conditioner purchase
I bought a portable air conditioner from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. They ended up sending my order to a whole different continent, and when I tried to contact them for assistance, they completely ignored my emails. It's unbelievable how a company can mess up that badly and not own up to their mistakes. I definitely won't be giving them my business again.
Evaporative air cooler purchase
I bought this evaporative air cooler online and it broke down after just three weeks of use. I was so disappointed with how quickly it stopped working and how the customer service didn't respond to me. I sent them a bunch of emails over a month but didn't hear back at all. They didn't even have a phone number on their website for me to call. I ended up having to go through my bank to get a refund. I was really unhappy with my whole experience with this company.
Quick cancellation request
I bought something not too long ago, but then changed my mind pretty quickly. I tried to cancel it within an hour and 15 minutes, and even sent a bunch of messages to make sure they got the message. But guess what, they still sent the order out. I gotta say, the lack of communication and service from the company really let me down. So disappointing.
Evachill purchase
The Evachill I bought was a real letdown. Only used it for a month before it just stopped working out of nowhere. Tried contacting customer service a bunch of times to figure out how to get it fixed, but never got a response. It's pretty annoying to shell out cash for something that craps out on you so soon, and then get the cold shoulder when you need help.
