Oh my goodness, this website is seriously awesome! I can actually earn rewards just by taking surveys. And the customer service people are really helpful and friendly too.
Redeeming rewards process
So, I was trying to redeem my rewards from this site, you know? And, oh my God, they made me use this really suspicious website called Veriff! It was like really difficult and sketchy, I swear. I don't even think it's worth it for the rewards, to be honest. Why do they make us go through all that just to get a gift card or something? Ugh, not cool at all.
Rewards site experience
I had a disappointing time with that rewards site. At first, I got a couple rewards, but then ran into issues with proving my identity and getting into surveys. It was just really frustrating overall.

Valued Opinions is so easy to use! I've been cashing in my survey rewards on there super quick. I've got gift cards for Domino's and Amazon that arrived right at my door in no time. Answering the surveys is simple and the rewards make it totally worth it!

I really don't want to give my personal ID just to get my rewards. You know what I mean? Like why do they need that when other places don't ask for it? It's really frustrating and now I can't even use my points. Ugh, I'm never doing this again!
Earning points and trading them for cash
I really enjoy racking up points on this site and trading them in for cash. It's super easy to earn points and then exchange them for money, and the best part is that the cash always gets deposited into my chosen account really quickly and securely. I feel like a valued member of the community and I love being able to pitch in and get recognized for it.
Membership suspension
My time on that website was a total bust. I've been there for more than a year and then they go and suspend my account for reasons that make no sense at all. And when I tried to sort things out with customer service, they were no help at all and didn't even respond. What a complete letdown and waste of time.

Valued Opinions is a popular online survey platform where you can give your opinions and get rewards in exchange. It's a pretty good site, but there are some things that can be annoying. One thing that really bugs me is when I finish most of a survey and then get told I don't qualify. It's kind of discouraging to put in the effort, only to not get credit because of some qualification issue.
Survey Rewards Redemption
Awesome surveys, but seriously, this new rule about needing photo ID to get rewards is so silly! Before, I could just pick E-vouchers no problem, but now they're asking for my ID and a photo of me to keep in some random database. Talk about invading my privacy! Other rewards programs don't make you jump through all these hoops. I just want my cash without all this extra work.

Hey Valued Opinions, can you cater more to us adults who have to deal with actual expenses and responsibilities? The surveys you send mostly seem to be about teenagers and young adults' frivolous spending. I've just come out of the pandemic and am facing high inflation, so I need surveys that match my priorities and values. It's time to step up and provide surveys that are more diverse and relevant to a broader range of people.

Valued Opinions has really good surveys and their customer service is top-notch. When I had a problem getting credit for a survey, I reached out to them and they fixed it right away. It's nice to see that they care about their customers and will do what it takes to make sure we're happy. I've been using this survey platform for some time now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The surveys are fast and simple to do, and the best part is I get paid right away for my time. If I ever run into a problem, the customer service team is quick to help by giving me credit if I'm not eligible for a survey or if there are any technical issues. I loved this website cause I could do a bunch of surveys and earn Amazon gift cards. I was so thrilled until they asked me to confirm my phone number. I tried twice, but they said it didn't go through and ended up kicking me out.
Paid Surveys
I gotta say, I've had a great experience with Valued Opinions. They've got some pretty interesting surveys that actually pay well. And the best part is, they pay out real quick, which is a big bonus. The only downside is I've had a couple surveys rejected, but I think it's probably because of where I live. All in all, I'm happy with the service and I'd definitely suggest it to anyone else.
Redemption policy change
Recently, Valued Opinions made a good change to their redemption policy. Now, we can cash out in smaller amounts without losing any money to fees. Before, we could only redeem in $20 increments and they would take $2.00 as a fee. This new policy makes taking surveys way more enjoyable and easier for us users.

I've been using Valued Opinions for a while now and I gotta say, the surveys are pretty cool. It really feels like you're making a difference, you know? Plus, the customer service is super quick and helpful, the new site is awesome, and you get your rewards really fast. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends!

OMG, this site is awesome! The surveys actually pay you and I always have a lot of surveys to do. The best part is, I usually qualify for most of them so I don't get kicked out halfway through. The customer service is great, they answer quickly and always fix any issues I have. They used to make you send in your ID or wait for a postcard with a code, but that's out of the picture now, thankfully. When I cash in my points, I get my gift cards super quick, unlike other sites that take forever. They have a wide range of gift cards to choose from, but I wish they also had PayPal.
