    I bought some sneakers the other day, but they ended up being too small for me. I had to reach out to customer service to sort out a return, and I was actually really happy with how it all went down. The person I talked to on the phone was super helpful and totally got my situation. They walked me through the whole return thing really smoothly, and I even got my refund on the same day. The whole process was a breeze, and I'm so thankful for the amazing customer service I got.

    Sneakers from European Company

    As a customer, I was kind of bummed to find out that the sneakers I ordered from this European company were actually shipped all the way from Deutschland. This detail wasn't really clear on the website, which confused me and made me worry about potential expensive return costs. I thought since it was a UK company, the sneakers would come from there. This lack of clarity is sketchy and makes me unsure about ordering from them again. Companies need to be straight up about where their stuff is coming from to prevent customers from getting frustrated and mixed up.

    I've been a huge fan of Chuck 70s for ages, so I was really excited for the new D&D special edition to drop. I stayed up all night waiting for the 8 am GMT launch, only to find out that the shoes didn't actually go on sale until almost 9 am. By then, all the big sizes were gone because of bots and scalpers snapping them up in minutes. It's so frustrating to see real fans missing out while scalpers make a profit off the limited stock. This kind of thing just makes it tough for loyal customers like me to snag the stuff we want. It's disheartening to think that spending hours hunting down a pair of shoes could end up costing three times the original price. Sadly, this whole situation has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I might have to think twice about buying from Converse again in the future.

    Man, that was a total disaster trying to buy a simple pair of sneakers for my nephew's birthday! It turned into a nightmare. They cancelled my order twice because they couldn't verify my address, which was so annoying. I had to call customer service and confirm my address just to get a discount code for express delivery. But you won't believe it - two days later they cancelled my order AGAIN, saying there was some internal team problem. Now I have to wait for them to email me before I can try ordering again? It's so frustrating and such a time-waster. I'm definitely never shopping here again.

    I gotta say, I am absolutely loving the canvas shoes I got from this store. I've been sticking with this brand for years and I'm happy to see that the quality is still top-notch. The canvas material is strong, the stitching is solid, and the shoes are put together really well. I've been rocking these kicks for a few months and they still look brand new. The customer service was super friendly and fast when I made my purchase. The price was fair for the quality I got, and the delivery was quick and easy. I'm so happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

    Costly return policy

    Converse's return policy is just terrible. I had to return a pair of shoes and it cost me a crazy $23+, which is way too much. Why do I have to shell out that kind of money just to return something I didn't like? It's a total rip-off and it really bugs me. I definitely won't be buying anything from them again, that's for sure.

    Yeah, so I got these new shoes about a week ago and I even paid extra for shipping, but I still have no idea where they are! It's like, why is it taking so long?     I had a really sucky experience when I tried to buy a gift card from this company. I placed my order back in April 2024, and kept getting emails saying my item was delivered when it really wasn't. When I reached out to customer service, they basically said they had no idea where my order was and I'd have to wait another 7-10 business days for a digital card by email. They also said no refunds for gift cards, which I thought was pretty unfair. And to top it all off, I couldn't even talk to a real person on the phone which got me even more frustrated. Finally, when the waiting time was up, they said they sent the card to my email in April - but surprise, surprise, it was nowhere to be found, not even in my spam folder. Another request had to be put in, meaning I'd have to wait another 7-10 business days for that. Overall, the whole customer service and delivery experience was a big letdown.

    I just bought a pair of custom kicks from this company, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by how long it took to arrive. Turns out my order was made and sent all the way from Vietnam, so that caused a big delay. It would have been nice to know that right at the start, instead of finding out after I already paid that I'd have to wait over a month. And to top it off, there was no tracking info for my order, so I had no clue where my package was. In this day and age of quick online shopping, that's just not cool.

    I just wanted to share my experience with an online purchase I made recently. I gotta say, the shipping process was really slow and not very smooth. Even though I got a message saying my order was sent out, the tracking didn't show any updates for days. I tried getting help from customer service, but they weren't very helpful and didn't take responsibility. Talking to them was so frustrating because it felt like they weren't really listening to my problems and just going in circles.
