I was pretty bummed out about my last order from this online store. I bought something and it didn't get shipped when they said it would, and I only found out about the delay three weeks later. It was frustrating not knowing what was going on, and it caused me a bunch of inconvenience. Then they told me they didn't even have the item in stock, which made me wonder if they're even keeping track of what they have properly. I was let down by how they handled everything and their lack of good customer service in this situation.

I'm really frustrated with the customer service I got from this company. I still haven't got my order and it's been a hassle trying to get a refund. Their so-called 'investigations' are a joke, they keep coming up with silly excuses. It's not right to be left without my shoes or money, especially from a company that's supposed to care about its customers.
