I bought a pillow from this company not too long ago, thinking I could test it out during their 7-day trial period. Turns out, the trial wasn't automatic like I thought. I was bummed out and wanted to exchange the pillow for a firmer one, but I hit a big snag - I couldn't get a hold of the company at all.
