Trip refund issue
I am so fed up with this company. I was really looking forward to my first trip outside of Canada, but instead, it's turned into a nightmare. It's been over a month since I was told I would get a refund, and yet no one can seem to give me a clear answer or tell me where things stand. The lack of communication and transparency is just terrible and it's been causing me so much stress and frustration.<br><br>And on top of all that, the language barrier has been a huge problem. When I asked to speak to someone who speaks English, they just seemed confused and couldn't understand me. It's just not right that a customer service rep can't understand simple requests in English. And the constant "have to fill out form for supervisor" excuse only made things worse and left me feeling helpless.<br><br>I definitely won't be booking with this company again. Their awful customer service and shady refund practices are just not okay, and I'm going to make sure everyone knows about the bad experience I had.

Rosacea treatment
After I got rosacea, I wasn't sure about using pricey prescriptions from my doctor. But I did some digging and found a system that really did the trick - my redness went away and my sensitive skin got a lot better. The company has been great at listening to what I need and like, which made the whole thing super easy and helpful. I definitely suggest giving it a try!

Effective solution for snoring
This product has been a total game-changer for us, eh? My husband used to snore like a bear every night, and it was keeping me up and leaving me feeling tired all day, ya know? N95 masks for my flight
So, I ordered these N95 masks for my flight on 1/22/22 because I needed them really quick. They were supposed to be sent in 5-7 days, but nothing arrived after a week. I emailed them twice, with no response. Then, I used a not so nice word in the email subject line, and I guess that got their attention. Finally, I got an email saying that my order was canceled at my request, but I never did that! There was no explanation at all! I just wanted to know when my order would arrive. The customer service was absolutely terrible!
