Misleading sizing
I was pretty let down by the clothes I got from that brand. The styles were cool and all, but the sizes were way off. I shelled out a lot of money for pants that didn't fit right. And on top of that, the return fees were sky high, which just added to the annoyance.

I bought something from that store not long ago, but had to give it back. What a hassle! The return part on their website wasn't working, so I couldn't even start the process online. I tried calling their customer service, but no one picked up. And to top it off, they didn't make it clear where I could send the thing back by mail. I was left feeling lost and annoyed. Honestly, the whole thing was a letdown and felt kind of shady.
