Hoodies and denim jeans
This company has gone and disappointed me again. I thought I'd try them out one more time even after past letdowns, but no luck. I ordered some hoodies and jeans, choosing their supposed "guaranteed" Christmas delivery. But wouldn't you know it, my stuff wasn't even sent out by the date they promised. When I tried to get in touch with customer service for some help, they ignored me completely. It's so frustrating to have this online ordering system let me down two years running.
