Customized laptop purchase
My recent interaction with Dell's customer service was a huge letdown. It was really hard to talk to a real person unless I acted like I wanted to buy something. The extra fees I found out about later made me so mad. And the laptop they sent me seemed cheap and like it could break easily, making me think twice about getting another computer from them. Plus, the customer service guy, Praveen Kumar, was no help at all and didn't solve my problem.

Order not received on time
I ordered my stuff back in February and didn't get it until March! I tried reaching out to them so many times, but they only got back to me nearly a month later. They told me to wait an extra week for shipping, even though their website promises delivery in just 10 business days. I needed my stuff urgently, but they went ahead and shipped it anyway. And now, they're asking me to pay for the return shipping all the way to China, even though my package originally came from Delaware. Seriously, so not cool.

Crop top and high-waisted jeans
So, I got this cute crop top and high-waisted jeans from an online store. But man, the Customer Service there was terrible. I spoke to this lady named Emma and she totally ignored my order issue. So I requested to speak to a manager, but they were useless too. ASOS didn't even bother to mention that my annual delivery subscription had expired and tried to charge me for next day delivery! Both of them were really rude and kept blaming me. It was honestly the worst customer service experience ever, like, seriously.

Computer sleeve purchase
I bought a computer sleeve back in early December 2023 and I really liked it. The sleeve was well-made, felt nice and fit my computer perfectly. But man, it took forever to arrive! I had to wait over three months and only got it in March. I get it, it was right before Christmas, but waiting that long was brutal. The customer service team was pretty good though. They got back to my emails and ended up giving me a bit of a refund, which was nice.
