So, I ordered some shoes not too long ago, eh? But, get this, they never even shipped them out to me. Can you believe it? I reached out to their customer service, and they quickly set up a new order for me. But here's the kicker - that order never got dispatched either! I was getting pretty annoyed at this point, so I asked for a refund. They actually responded really fast and were super nice about it, so I got my money back in no time. Honestly, after all that, I'm starting to wonder if this company even really wants to sell their shoes.
