Recent eyeglass purchase
So, I had a really bad time dealing with an online eyeglass store, and I was kinda hesitant to try another one. But, Otticanet totally blew me away! They delivered super fast, had great prices, and the glasses were the real deal. I accidentally ordered twice, but their customer service team refunded me the next day. They even helped me out with paying the taxes and fees for Swiss customs to avoid extra charges. The only downside was the packaging - the box was all squished from Fedex and the glasses were just in a plastic bag with no extra padding. But overall, I was really happy with my purchase.
