The website is so easy to use, eh? I just upload my photos and bam, they look all fancy and everything, you know? There are tons of cool options, like canvas prints and all that. I've been shopping on this site for ages, since I was a kid, and it just keeps getting better and better, eh?

I recently bought a Madison leather chair and a Hamilton swivel chair, and let me tell you, the quality is amazing. The Madison chair looks so good in my living room, it goes perfectly with my decor. But, gotta say, the Hamilton swivel chair in black leather didn't quite meet my expectations. It's too low for me, not comfortable at all for my back issues. Also, the color is not as deep black as I wanted, kinda has a hint of grey. I decided to keep it anyways because I don't agree with paying a 20% return fee, that's just crazy.

That service was just terrible. I ordered a power washer and kit, but then found out the power washer was out of stock after getting an email saying the kit had been shipped. When I called to fix it, they made it seem like it was all my fault to return the item and said they wouldn't give me my money back until they got the kit back. They didn't even want to help me with a Fed Ex pick up, so I had to drive the 13 miles to the store myself. It's unbelievable how poorly they treat new customers. They really need to do better with their refund process and returns handling.
