Xpremium ebike purchase
I bought an Xpremium ebike from this company not long ago but it's been a real letdown. The freewheel broke after only 77 miles of riding. I called them up and they were nice and said I could order a new part, but it's been three weeks and I still don't have a working bike. Turns out I need to replace not just the freewheel, but the whole wheel too. Every time I ask about the parts, they say it'll be sent in a day or two, but then nothing happens. It's been so frustrating and disappointing. Now I'm stuck with an expensive bike that I can't even ride. I really wish I hadn't gone with this company.
