Recent eBike Purchase
My experience with their customer service was really bad. The people I talked to didn't seem interested in actually helping me and just kept giving me scripted apologies. It's frustrating because I just got my eBike not long ago, only to see they started a promotion for free stuff just a week later. A good customer service team would've fixed that, but this company dropped the ball. On top of that, I noticed my eBike's battery doesn't last as long as my wife's bike. When I mentioned it to one of the reps, they said my battery might be faulty and promised to send someone to test it out. Honestly, I'm pretty let down as a customer and I've asked them to stop sending me emails and mail.
