I bought a beanie hat from this company and I was really disappointed. The hat was too small and super itchy, so I couldn't stand wearing it. When I tried to return it, I couldn't believe they charged me an extra $6 to send it back. On top of that, they deducted the original shipping cost from my refund, making the whole thing expensive and annoying. I definitely would not suggest this company to anyone because the product quality and customer service were both really lacking.

I recently placed a big order on Shopbop and unfortunately, when my package arrived, more than half of the items were missing. I tried to file a claim with them, but they denied my request and said I could only get a refund if I sent back the missing items. The customer service has been terrible, as they won't talk to me on the phone and only communicate by email. I don't think I should have to pay for things I never got, but it seems like there's no way to get this sorted out. This whole situation has really disappointed and frustrated me, and I won't be shopping on Shopbop again. I'll also be telling my friends and family about my bad experience.
