I was so frustrated with the customer service I got, eh. I was waiting on hold forever, like almost an hour, and I got disconnected a couple of times before I finally talked to someone who was super rude, eh. I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were, I swear. Definitely not gonna be shopping there again, that's for sure.

After 2 years and 2 months of using my power bank, I ran into a problem and had to contact the warranty department. The person I spoke to, Nicole, was really helpful and even gave me a partial refund because of the issue and how long I've had it. I was really impressed with how quickly she answered and how well she communicated during the whole thing. Dealing with customer service can sometimes be a pain, but Nicole made it easy and nice. I'm really happy with how it all turned out and I'd definitely suggest their customer service to others.
