Received my order in the mail today and I'm loving my new anklet and earrings, eh. The quality is top-notch, and I've been a loyal customer for years, don'tcha know. I've had a pair of earrings for almost a year now and they still look brand new. The pricing might be a bit on the higher side, but for the quality you get, it's worth it, eh. Power bank warranty claim
After 2 years and 2 months of using my power bank, I ran into a problem and had to contact the warranty department. The person I spoke to, Nicole, was really helpful and even gave me a partial refund because of the issue and how long I've had it. I was really impressed with how quickly she answered and how well she communicated during the whole thing. Dealing with customer service can sometimes be a pain, but Nicole made it easy and nice. I'm really happy with how it all turned out and I'd definitely suggest their customer service to others.
