Virtual phone system switch
I recently switched to a different virtual phone system provider and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. This new provider gave me a better price than my old one, Twilio, and the cool thing is I can easily set up call flows. As a business owner, it's super important for me to be able to track and forward calls efficiently, and this new system has definitely delivered. I haven't fully explored all the softphone and call center features yet, but so far everything has been smooth sailing with hardly any problems. I'd definitely suggest giving them a shot to see if they're a good fit for you.
