I just bought some stuff from Muscle & Strength and I was pretty happy with what I got. The products were top-notch and they had a great variety to choose from. Only downside was that the creatine was open and it spilled a bit on everything else. But, overall, I still had a good shopping experience.

I just bought a VoIP service that said it had lots of features, but I was let down when I found out it had some technical issues. The system didn't work with TCP, so I couldn't use my Zoiper softphone like I wanted to. When I asked the tech support team for help, they just pointed fingers at my ISP and didn't help at all. I was left feeling frustrated because I didn't get a refund for the lousy service. It's one thing to have limitations, but it's another thing to not tell customers about them ahead of time.
