I recently bought a T-shirt and I was kinda bummed out. I've been a loyal customer of this brand for more than 10 years, always happy with their stuff. But this time, I found out that the T-shirt I got was made in Portugal, not in the UK like I thought. The size and quality just didn't feel the same as before, and it made me wonder if the brand is trying to save money by cutting corners. It was a bit disappointing overall, and I'll probably start looking for other options next time.

Don't bother spending your hard-earned money at that place. The prices are through the roof for products that aren't even that great. The customer service is terrible, and don't even get me started on how long it takes for your order to arrive. It's honestly a total joke.

I've been buying stuff from this brand for a long time now, but the merino wool sweater I got recently was a huge letdown. The material felt really cheap and the sweater didn't fit right at all. It looked nothing like the pictures online, so I felt like I was tricked by false advertising. When I contacted customer service to complain, they didn't seem to care or try to help at all. This whole experience has me doubting the honesty of this brand and if I'll keep shopping here.

I bought these awesome sunglasses, but then the nose pads just broke off! I tried calling them, but they were no help at all. Seriously, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone – their customer service is just awful. I bet they have people with barking dogs working there, who can't actually help you with anything. So frustrating!!!
