Overpriced lighting fixture
Don't bother spending your hard-earned money at that place. The prices are through the roof for products that aren't even that great. The customer service is terrible, and don't even get me started on how long it takes for your order to arrive. It's honestly a total joke.

Merino wool sweater
I've been buying stuff from this brand for a long time now, but the merino wool sweater I got recently was a huge letdown. The material felt really cheap and the sweater didn't fit right at all. It looked nothing like the pictures online, so I felt like I was tricked by false advertising. When I contacted customer service to complain, they didn't seem to care or try to help at all. This whole experience has me doubting the honesty of this brand and if I'll keep shopping here.

Sunglasses I bought nose pads broked
I bought these awesome sunglasses, but then the nose pads just broke off! I tried calling them, but they were no help at all. Seriously, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone – their customer service is just awful. I bet they have people with barking dogs working there, who can't actually help you with anything. So frustrating!!!
