Bought amazing outfit for my brother and sister-in-law's wedding
I got a super cute outfit from here for my brother and sister-in-law's wedding day! It was amazing and I can't wait to wear it again. The quality was awesome for the price I paid. The team was so nice and helpful, they really made my day special. Thank you Lavish Alice ❤️
Recent dress purchase
I bought some dresses from the store the other day and oops, forgot to use a discount code when checking out. Realizing my mistake, I sent an email to customer service asking if they could still give me the discount. They replied super quick and were really nice about it. They not only fixed it for me but also gave me a refund for the amount of the discount. I'm really happy with how they handled it, it shows they're honest and care about their customers. Can't wait for my dresses to arrive and definitely will shop there again in the future.
Lavish jumpsuit bought
The jumpsuit I got from this store was amazing! The quality was so good, the fit was perfect, and I felt awesome wearing it. But, the best part was the customer service I got. I had some delivery problems, but Tarek really stepped up to help me out. He made sure my issue was fixed quickly and kept me in the loop with great communication. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
Dress purchase
I ordered a dress online and chose next day delivery, but the courier took two extra days to deliver it. When I got the package, I noticed the dress didn't fit because it wasn't cut right. So, I contacted customer service and was blown away by the amazing help I got from the Commercial & Trade Director, Matthew. He really went out of his way to help me with the refund and kept me updated until it was all sorted.
