I was so let down by the service I got from Vincheckup. I bought a vehicle history report and the info they gave me was totally wrong and outdated. The report said the car hadn't been in any accidents, but when I got my mechanic to check it out, turns out it had actually been in a big crash with lots of damage. That was a pretty important detail that should've been in the report. When I reached out to customer service about it, they were no help at all and just brushed me off, not even saying sorry for their mistake. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Vincheckup to anyone who wants reliable and accurate vehicle history reports.

I just bought some men's cotton underwear from this store, but they ended up shrinking after I washed them in hot water. I reached out to their customer service and sent a picture of the problem. I was really happy when they gave me a refund within 12 hours of me getting in touch, even though it was a Saturday. Their return policy is the best I've ever seen, and I'll for sure be shopping with them again.
