I got this really cool custom mousepad from them, eh. It took a bit longer to get here because of everything going on, but it's all good. Their customer service was top-notch, they always replied to my questions super quick, like within half an hour. It might depend on when you email them, but they were always amazing.

So I just made this big order online, eh. It got split into two shipments, so the delivery took a bit longer. But, you know, with everything going on with COVID-19, I think the wait time was fair. It took like 2 and a half weeks for both shipments to come in, but hey, when they finally did, everything was bang on with what I ordered. The only hiccup was I had to send back a bunch of stuff 'cause I goofed up on the sizes for some shorts, eh. But, no worries, the return process was easy peasy. Some of the clothing was a tad sheer, but still totally wearable.

I had a not-so-great experience with my recent purchase at that store. I wanted to exchange an item but was told they don't do refunds, only in-store credit with a gift card. Really annoying, especially since they didn't have much variety in sizes and products for exchange. I was bummed out by the poor customer service and how inflexible they were with returns.

As someone who uses this personal finance software, I gotta say I'm super happy with how easy it is to bring in all my transactions from my different bank accounts and credit cards. It's made keeping track of my money a piece of cake and given me the power to stay on top of my expenses. Being able to rearrange my chart of accounts has made it a breeze to assign expenses and see exactly where my cash is going each month and year. I definitely suggest this software to anyone wanting to take control of their finances.
