Overpriced sunglasses
I bought a fancy pair of sunglasses from this company at a steep price, thinking I was getting a top-notch brand. But lo and behold, just 2 years later, I dropped them by accident and one of the lenses cracked. When I tried to get a replacement, turns out the model was no longer being made and lenses were not in stock. What a letdown! I was hoping to keep those sunglasses for at least 5 years considering how much I shelled out. Feels like I wasted my money on a product that ended up being useless.

Recent camper purchase
I recently bought a camper from this company and I gotta say, the whole experience has been a real letdown. Right from the get-go, the camper has had a bunch of problems, and the customer service I got when I tried to get them fixed was really disappointing. The folks there gave me wrong info and didn't seem to care much about helping me out. Because of all this, I wouldn't suggest buying from this company.

Engagement ring
Let me tell you, the ring I got is just gorgeous. But man, the trouble started when we needed to resize it. We decided to go with the resizing service and sent in the ring because it was too big when it arrived. After waiting for over six weeks, we finally got it back, only to realize it was still the same size as before. Sent it back for resizing again, but it's been over a month now and there's been no progress. The whole back and forth between the company and the resizing service has left me feeling so frustrated.

Useful plastic free products
I've been using these amazing products for some time now and they're really great! I've tried the toilet cleaner, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, face wash, hand soap, and body wash. Just started using the laundry detergent, so not sure about that yet. The face soap is my favourite - I have really sensitive skin but this product works wonders without any problems. It lasts a long time, so it's worth the cost. Definitely sticking with these products!

Winter boots and steel toe boots, wrong model
OMG, I ordered these boots, and it was such a disaster! Like, one pair didn't even fit right, even though I got the same size from them before. And the other pair they sent was totally not what I asked for. How does that even happen? When we tried to send them back, it was a nightmare. It took forever to get our money back, and they were super rude about it. No sorry, no deals for next time, nothing. I practically had to argue with them to show we sent the things back. Ugh, such a pain.
