I just bought a chainsaw from this store and ran into a little hiccup with my order. It was a bit of a challenge to get a hold of the shipping team at first, but once I finally got through to them, they were super helpful and understanding. The lady in the shipping department was so kind and really went out of her way to fix the issue for me. Even though they might be swamped with work sometimes, their commitment to customer service really shows and they'll definitely go the extra mile to help you out. I had a terrible experience with the Melia website and phone numbers, eh. I tried to update my Melia awards profile, but the system just wouldn't cooperate, you know. When I tried to call reservations, the phone number they had put out there was nowhere to be found. And to top it off, when I attempted to make a reservation, the whole system crashed on me. It was so frustrating and felt like I was getting nowhere. Now, I'm thinking about switching hotels because of this lousy service, eh. And I'm worried about what's going to happen to all my Melia rewards points if I do decide to make the move.
