I bought a black lace bra from this company, but it didn't fit right. I had to send it back, and I was a bit nervous about how that would go. But, the customer service was actually really good! I emailed them, and within a day, I got my refund back in my bank account. I liked how easy and simple the return process was.

I bought some clothes from this website not too long ago, and I gotta say I was really impressed with how nice the material is. The clothes were even better than I thought they'd be, and I'm pretty happy with what I got. Although, I did find that it took a bit longer than I would've wanted for my order to arrive.

Patio umbrella
Bought a patio umbrella back in April. It doesn't stand straight. Keeps tilting sideways. Unsure this is normal. Tried many times to reach customer service, in vain. I don't recommend this company.
