I bought some trick drum pedals from a store back in November, and they said I'd get them in December. They told me they were shipped at the end of December and would arrive in 24 hours. I called today and found out they lied about the pedals being on back order because Trick Pedals said they already sent them out. Looks like I'll be going to Sweetwater instead.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to your store for the amazing service I received when I bought a cool backpack. The whole ordering process was really easy, and Brie from the customer service team was super helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I got the backpack even though it was sold out when I first ordered it. I needed it in a hurry for my upcoming trip, so Brie's hard work to find it for me really saved the day. It was nice to talk to someone who actually cared about making sure I got what I needed on time. Thanks again!
