I was so let down by my online shopping experience at this store, eh. The customer service was just awful - they sent me the wrong item and wouldn't even swap it until they got the incorrect one back. It was a real pain and took way too long. I wouldn't suggest shopping at this online store because they don't handle customer problems well and lack professionalism, to be honest.

I bought an RV fridge not long ago and it's been nothing but trouble. It's super unreliable and dealing with their customer service sucks. It's like once the warranty's up, Dometic doesn't want anything to do with you, leaving you on your own for pricey fixes. Their customer service team is useless and it feels like they're just reading off a script, not actually helping at all. I gotta say, I'm really let down by this whole situation with the company.
