I bought a necklace as a gift, but I was really let down by the quality and customer service. The necklace showed up all messed up, with a knot that I couldn't even untangle and the charm had fallen off. When I reached out to customer service for a refund, all they offered me was a lousy £5 off my next buy and told me to fix the necklace on my own. I wasn't happy with how they handled it, and the whole thing was just a terrible experience.

I recently bought a CF11 fridge, and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed in the product and the customer service from this company. Just two months after the warranty ended, the fridge stopped working. I tried to contact Dometic multiple times through email, phone calls, and online chat, but no luck. It seems like they're either ignoring their customers or just not able to help. Their local service agents are also saying no to more warranty claims because they can't get in touch with Dometic and because Dometic isn't paying their bills. It's really frustrating to see a company not taking responsibility like this.

The process of deleting my account was so annoying, I hit a roadblock that made me sign up for an expensive subscription. It's frustrating that there's no customer support for non-paying users, especially since I used to have a subscription. It's worrisome that I had to go through all that trouble just to have control over my own data.

These batteries are really well made and last a long time, making them a great option instead of the original Ring batteries. I've been using Tenergy batteries regularly for over 3 weeks now, and they still hold a charge, outlasting the Ring batteries. Plus, the customer service from Tenergy has been amazing, which definitely makes them my go-to choice for battery replacements.
