I just got a fresh fruit bouquet for a special occasion, but ran into a problem when I went to pick it up - my delivery got lost. I was pretty bummed, but luckily Jacob at the store was super helpful and understanding. He quickly arranged for another delivery and even tossed in some extra treats to make up for the inconvenience.
