So I went ahead and ordered this fancy fruit basket for my grandma's 90th birthday, right? I was all pumped to give her this sweet surprise, but you won't believe it - when I asked her a few days later, she told me she never got it! So I ring up the store, and they're all like, "Oh well, she wasn't there." Like, seriously? Can't you make a second attempt or offer an apology at least? Nah, they didn't even bother.
