Valentine's Day fruit arrangement
I recently bought a Valentine's Day fruit arrangement and it was a total disappointment. I ordered it early but it arrived late, and the fruit tray wasn't good quality. It was missing some items and there was no explanation or apology for the mistake. I tried to reach out to customer service for help, but got nowhere. The bad communication and lack of a solution made me feel cheated and now I don't want to shop there again.
