Post-purchase frustration
I recently bought something online and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The thing got sent from a different province and they didn't have my full address, so the delivery guy had a hard time finding me. I called customer service twice and they were no help at all. When I asked to talk to a manager, they actually hung up on me. I was so fed up that I just told the delivery guy to send it back. I'm definitely not ordering from that store online again.
